3&Done Fabrication started with a simple belief: if you’ve got an idea, a problem, or something that needs to be built, there should be a team that can bring it to life — no excuses, no shortcuts. We’re builders at heart. Welders, fabricators, machinists, designers, and problem-solvers who still get excited about creating something real out of raw steel.

We didn’t come from a big corporation or some polished showroom. We came from years of hands-on work, late nights in the shop, learning by doing, and figuring things out the hard way — the way that actually sticks. Over time, the projects got bigger, the equipment got better, and the team grew into a tight group of people who care deeply about their craft.

We’re a family-owned shop, and that’s not just a label. It means we treat every project like it has our name on it. It means we show up when we say we will. It means the welds are clean, the work is solid, and the people you talk to are the same ones who build it.
