FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
We provide CNC plasma cutting, custom metal fabrication, welding, repair, and modification.
That includes signs, trailers, equipment and tractor repair, brackets and mounts, architectural metal, shop solutions, and one-off custom projects. If it’s steel and needs to be cut, fixed, or built, we can help.
How do I get started?
2
Reach out through our contact form or give us a call.
Tell us what you need, send photos or drawings if you have them, and we’ll review the project, ask the right questions, and provide a clear quote and timeline.
What makes you different?
3
We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
How can I contact you?
4
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
Do I need drawings or CAD files?
5
No.
If you have drawings or files, great. If not, we can work from measurements, photos, samples, or even broken parts. We regularly reverse-engineer and build parts from existing pieces.
What types of projects do you take on?
6
We handle everything from small one-off jobs to short production runs.
That includes repairs, custom fabrication, signage, equipment parts, trailers, and specialty or hobby projects. No job is “too small” if it needs to be done right.
Do you do repair work, or only new fabrication?
7
Both.
We do a lot of repair, reinforcement, and modification work—especially for trailers, equipment, and hard-to-replace parts. If something is cracked, bent, worn out, or no longer available, we’ll find a solution.
What materials do you work with?
8
We primarily work with mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
If you’re unsure whether your project material is a good fit, just ask.
Are you local to Douglasville?
9
Yes.
We serve Douglasville, Douglas County, surrounding West Georgia, and the greater ATL area, working with local businesses, contractors, and individuals.
How long do projects usually take?
10
Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the job.
Small repairs or simple cuts can often be turned around quickly, while larger custom projects take more time. We’ll give you realistic timelines up front—no guessing.
