Privacy Policy

This policy covers Smalls Office Assistant, a private tool that 3 & Done Fabrication uses to manage its own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public, and only the business owner can sign in to it.

What the app accesses

When the owner signs in with a Google account, the app may access that account's:

  • Gmail: read, search, label and draft email, and send email when the owner asks.

  • Google Calendar: view, create, update and delete events.

  • Google Drive: search, read, upload, organize and share files.

How the data is used

Google data is used only to carry out tasks the owner requests, such as summarizing the inbox, organizing calendars and finding files. To do this, the app passes the relevant data to an AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic) that works on the owner's behalf. The data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to build profiles of anyone.

Where the data is stored

Sign-in tokens are kept in a protected file on the owner's own computer. The app does not run its own servers or databases, and it keeps no copies of email, calendar or Drive content beyond what each task needs.

Sharing

Google data is not shared with anyone, except the AI service named above when it processes a request from the owner, or when the law requires it.

Google API Services User Data Policy

[APP NAME]'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

The owner can revoke the app's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Doing so stops all further access. Deleting the token file on the owner's computer removes the stored sign-in.
